<About Me>

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well and finding some type of peace and happiness during these unfamiliar times. It is important to our mental health that we remember to focus on positive thoughts and actions. As we are guided to practice social distancing it is essential we remember to exercise and hold ourselves responsible to complete physical activities like taking a walk or riding a bike. I have changed my blizzard bag activities into enrichment activities. There is no assessment on these activities, just things you can do to help your physical and mental well-being. My suggestions for you are to complete a certain number of repetitions (say 20 daily) for push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks. See if you can increase that number over time. Lastly, I encourage you to get outside this weekend and go for a walk, ride a bike, or play catch with a family member (any type of ball will do)! Even though it is supposed to be in the 40’s, the forecast predicts sunny skies and the fresh air will be free! I will be posting more activities and suggestions next week, for now I just wanted to say I hope all is well, have a great weekend, I miss you and until we see again, be safe, healthy and smart! –Mr. Dulude
